Lawson E Rudge heads his own ‘dynasty’ of Potters; his elder son also called Lawson, is perhaps best known for his pigs, Dillon for his cats, Keza for her dogs. Lawson Snr. though is famous for his ‘flat cows’. They are quirky, appealing and unforgettable ! Lawson Rudge Snr Lawson C Rudge Jnr Lawson was born in 1965 and after a Foundation Art course at Exeter Art College attended Bristol Polytechnic where he gained a First Class BA Hons Degree in Ceramics (1984 - 87). Almost immediately following his Graduation he found nationwide success, his list of customers reading something like a ‘Who’s Who’. His quality of craftsmanship and originality is outstanding. Keza Rudge Keza Rudge studied at Stourbridge College of Technology and Art. She achieved a First Class Honours Degree in Fine Art (Sculpture) in 1989. She has had exhibitions at various prestigious galleries throughout England. Dillon Rudge Dillon obtained a B.A.Hons Degree in Ceramics at Bristol Polytechnic of Art & Design in 1992.
