Sensitive conservation and dedicated hard work by both professionals and volunteers has reversed the decline in Red Kites, once a familiar sight in the English skies. Spreading west and north-east from the Chiltern Hills in the heart of the English countryside, Red Kites are now once more swooping, soaring and gliding in graceful harmony to the joy of all those fortunate enough to see them. Drifting away into the Cotswold Hills and the rolling countryside to the north around Saffron Walden in Essex, the Red Kite colonies are making a welcome return. Philip Gibson’s Red Kites has been designed to the new 9/12 shape (height 12”/30cm). Red Kites
