"There is a visual link to Millyford which re-appears in my Amberslade design in the form of rich, flame-coloured rhododendrons. Somehow my favourite peacock and the rhododendron flowers came together in Millyford and then separated once more in Amberslade to provide a burst of flame-like colour, the intensity of which satisfies even me as a designer."
